What services does Junk Geek, LLC provide?

Junk Geek, LLC provides junk removal services for small items, bulk item pickups, and recurring trash pickup through its specialized curbside system, CurbClear℠. Custom full-service junk removal is also available for items that require labor, indoor access, or special handling.

What is CurbClear℠?

CurbClear℠ is a curbside-based junk and trash removal service. Items must be placed in an approved, accessible curbside location prior to service. No indoor labor, disassembly, or carrying from structures is included unless explicitly added.

Is CurbClear℠ cheaper than full-service junk removal?

Yes. CurbClear℠ is priced lower because it eliminates on-site labor, indoor access, and handling inside structures.

What items are accepted?

Most common household junk, furniture, bagged yard debris, bagged trash, and similar non-hazardous items. Prohibited items include hazardous waste, liquids, chemicals, fuel, paint, asbestos, bio-waste, and any item illegal to transport or dispose of.

Where must CurbClear℠ items be placed?

Items must be placed curbside, roadside, or in another clearly accessible, outdoor location approved by Junk Geek, LLC. Items not meeting placement requirements may be skipped or rescheduled.

Do I need to be present?

No. For CurbClear℠, presence is not required as long as items are properly staged and accessible.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing may be flat-rate, volume-based, or service-based depending on the service selected. Photos may be required to confirm pricing. Additional charges may apply if items differ from what was disclosed.

What happens if I place extra items out?

Undisclosed items are not included and may result in additional charges or refusal of service.

Service Policy

General Service Policy

Junk Geek, LLC provides services as scheduled and reserves the right to refuse service for unsafe conditions, prohibited items, improper placement, or misrepresentation.

CurbClear℠ Policy

• Items must be curbside and fully accessible
• No stairs, gates, indoor access, or disassembly included
• No digging, lifting embedded items, or clearing blocked access
• Weather, obstructions, or local restrictions may affect service
• Failure to meet requirements may result in no pickup without refund

Full-Service Junk Removal Policy

Full-service junk removal includes labor to remove items from accessible areas unless otherwise stated. Excessive labor, disassembly, or specialty items may incur additional fees.

Prohibited Items Policy

We do not accept hazardous materials, liquids, pressurized tanks, flammables, medical waste, or items restricted by local/state law.

Access & Safety Policy

Service areas must be safe and accessible. Junk Geek, LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, including but not limited to hostile or disrespectful behavior, aggressive pets, unsecured animals, unsafe surroundings, or any situation that poses a risk to personnel or equipment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee
• Reschedules are subject to availability
• CurbClear℠ services skipped due to non-compliance are not refundable

Refund Policy

All sales are final once service is attempted or completed. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of Junk Geek, LLC.

Disclaimer

Junk Geek, LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed hazards, improper item placement, or customer error. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that no personal belongings, documents, or valuables are included in junk or trash piles. Junk Geek, LLC is not responsible for mistakenly discarded valuables or items placed out for removal.

CurbClear℠ is a curbside-only service. Junk Geek, LLC is not liable for items damaged, removed by third parties, or affected by weather prior to pickup.

Service Agreement

Services are provided on an as-is, best-effort basis according to the service selected.

Pricing & Payment

Payment is due prior to or at time of service unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change if scope differs.

Junk Geek℠ and CurbClear℠ are service marks of Junk Geek, LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which service is performed.

Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.
