❓What items do you remove?

We pick up most household junk:

❓Do you go inside homes or buildings?

No. We are strictly curbside or driveway or open access only. All items must be outside and accessible from the street. With pre-approved arrangements, we may enter buildings (additional fees may apply)

❓Can I leave items out while I'm away?

Yes. Just send us a photo of the items, and we’ll confirm pricing. You can prepay online or via app.

❓What don’t you take?

We do not remove:
❌ Paint or chemicals
❌ Bodily waste or liquids
❌ Tires or car parts
❌ Hazardous materials
❌ Construction debris (unless pre-approved)

❓How do I pay?

❓Do you recycle or donate?

Yes! We sort and donate usable items when possible and divert recyclable items from landfills whenever we can. Items may also be re-thrifted.

Yes. We offer to weekly trash collection to apartment complexes, landlords, homeowners, renters, and business owners. Ask us about custom quotes.

❓What do you deliver or pick up?

We handle:

❓Do you pick up from stores like Lowe’s, Home Depot, or Ashley?

Yes. Just make sure your items are fully paid for and ready at the time of pickup.

❓Can I ride along with the driver?

No. For insurance and safety reasons, we do not allow passengers. Feel free to trail us or beat us at the pickup location.

❓Do you move homes or apartments?

No. We do not offer full-service moving. We’re designed for single or small load pickups, not full household moves.

❓Do you assemble or disassemble furniture?

Only if pre-arranged. Light assembly is available for new, boxed items only and may include an extra charge.

❓How should I prep my item(s)?

Make sure your items are:
